The Rivers Region Entrepreneurial Ecosystem Council (RREEC) is comprised nine community members. The RREE Council and Executive Director will play a critical role in facilitating and easing the ability of entrepreneurs to start something new. They will be the system of support that surrounds and assists the entrepreneur during the business creation process.
